As I told you a couple of weeks ago, Eve is trying a new food. NomNomNow is a fresh dog food delivered to your home in prepackaged individual portions. The food is fresh, made with human-grade ingredients sourced in the US, and is certified by Veterinarian Dr. Justin Shmalberg, who is a top pet nutritionist. It is a cooked fresh ingredient diet with super easy sign up at the NomNomNow Website. NomNomNow is normally shipped weekly to nine Western states with national shipping is in beta. I am in Illinois, so they sent me a full month’s worth of meals. I put the first week in the refrigerator and froze the rest.
Eve initially spent a week transitioning to the new food. NomNomNow made that easy by prepackaging the correct amount to mix with her old food.
After a week, Eve was on the diet full time. I simply open a package and empty it into her bowl. Since she takes a powder supplement, I add a splash of water and stir to mix that in. I like how it is fresh food.

Love the fact that the company provides an easy way to transition from an existing diet, with pre-measured/mixed packets. Looks yummy, too!
Thanks for the 50% off link! It makes it really easy and inexpensive to try NomNomNow with my dog, who has a very sensitive stomach since surviving a bad bout with pancreatitis years ago. It’s especially nice that they portion it out for easy transition.

I think I mentioned that we are trying Ruby on The Farmer’s Dog (very similar to Nom Nom). She absolutely loves it and we have definitely seen improvement in many of her issues.
She certainly looks happy about the food. Happy mealtimes make for happy pets.

I love that they portion out the amount of food to use to properly transition your dog to NomNomNow. So many people don’t transition correctly and their dogs end up with all sorts of tummy issues.

I love this quick update. I look forward to your full review when she’s been on it for a month. I’m sure the variety of ingredients in these meals would be appealing for any dog. If I had smaller dogs I would certainly try this!

I love how this food is prepackaged for transitioning to the new food. Interesting to see any changes you notice after a month.
I ordered this food earlier this year based on what I’d read. Was looking forward to this being a good choice for my dogs. When the food arrived, though, the packaging was damaged and food was beginning to thaw. I was afraid to feed it to my dogs. Decided I’d wait a while and possibly try the food at a later date.
That is too bad. For us the food was shipped cold and arrived perfectly cold. Then I froze three weeks’ worth of it upon arrival.
OMG NOMNOM looks good enough for my dinner. Kilo the Pug would LOVE it. I wish it was available in Canada.
